Kilowatt Rescue was created for one clear reason: electric vehicle drivers deserve roadside support that understands EV problems before a truck is dispatched.

Traditional roadside assistance sites usually lead with combustion-vehicle services, generic jump starts, lockouts, and towing. EV owners need a different promise. A dead high-voltage battery, a low-voltage 12V failure, a parking-garage charging problem, or a towing decision for an EV is not the same as a combustion-vehicle breakdown.

Our operating standard

We focus on three practical outcomes:

• Get the EV moving without a tow whenever possible. A roadside range boost can be the fastest and least disruptive answer.
• Protect the vehicle when towing is required. EVs need correct transport decisions, especially when the drive system is disabled.
• Make the next step obvious. Drivers should know whether they need mobile charging, 12V support, tire help, a lockout technician, or a flatbed.
